Flights between CIS countries will open no later than October 1.

Somehow that news was almost unnoticed. And it certainly deserves attention!

The Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) proposed to resume air traffic between the CIS countries no later than October 1, 2020.

At the same time, it is planned to work out unified sanitary-epidemiological requirements that will minimize the risks of proliferation of new coronavirus infection.

It is also interesting that it is proposed to fix the minimum prices for flights between the countries at the level similar in 2019. This will restore the demand in the same volume and eventually support the aviation industry of the participating countries.
