“Green miracle” in the middle of the Atlantic – what’s no reason to see it?
The Azores are part of Portugal, the rules of entry are the same as in any Schengen country.
The islands are neither hot nor cold: the average temperature in winter is 18-19 degrees, in summer it is 24-25. The average temperature at night is 2-3 degrees less. And humidity, but it can’t be felt at all. The climate is mild and pleasant all year round.
And beautiful all year round. It’s all green. Thermal springs. The ocean. Sunsets.
In the Azores it is quite possible to live on a real (not tourist) farm with all the charms of village life. There are Gesthouse farms with all the charm of village life.
And in autumn and spring, the best chance to see a flock of migrating whales in the Atlantic.
To move to the Azores it is desirable to rent a car. Public transport is not very well developed.
