WORLD RANKING OF COUNTRIES BY OPENNESS TO TOURISTS

According to IATA, currently there are only 8 countries in the world on the “no restrictive” list, i.e. these countries have the softest control and restriction policy for air travelers.

  • Mexico: foreigners are allowed to enter, no coronavirus test is needed, all you need to do is fill out a special online survey form and show it on arrival.
  • Turkey: foreigners are allowed to enter, no coronavirus test is required, a questionnaire is filled in on board, and contactless temperature measurements are made at airports.
  • Brazil: foreigners have been allowed to enter since 29 July (however, 5 domestic states are closed for entry). There is no need for a coronavirus test and no requirement for mandatory vaccination against tropical diseases. Health insurance is mandatory for the period of stay.
  • Albania: foreigners are allowed to enter, no coronavirus test required.
  • Afghanistan: foreigners are allowed to enter and do not need a coronavirus test.
  • Haiti: foreigners are allowed to enter, no coronavirus test is needed, all you need to do is fill out a “health declaration” on board the plane and take the temperature at the airport.
  • Northern Macedonia: foreigners are allowed to enter and do not need a coronavirus test (except citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo and Serbia – they will need to submit a negative test at least 72 hours before arrival).
  • Serbia: foreigners are allowed to enter, the coronavirus test is not required for Russians (but required for citizens of several other countries).
